With goSawa, you can rest assured that we only feature quality local businesses. We research every single business to make sure they live up to their image. We do our best to ensure our members enjoy using their goSawa coupons.
If for some reason the business has let you down in some major way, or your coupon was rejected for no valid reason, let us know right away. Although we are not responsible for the quality of service delivered by the merchant, in this extreme case, goSawa will credit your account for the cost of the coupon. We cannot, however, under any circumstance provide a refund after the coupon period has expired. We do not offer cash refunds.
We do what we can to keep our members happy and to keep them coming back. We only ask that you do your part when buying a coupon. Make sure you read the deal description carefully and also understand the terms and conditions of the coupon (e.g. expiry date & other limitations). We clearly indicate this information for each deal.
If you don’t think you will be able to redeem your voucher within the specified time period, gift it to someone you care about and let them enjoy a goSawa experience. Karma will pay you back for it!
